How to buy?

(a) Browse through our online shop until you find the(s) desired product(s);
(b) Select and add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart;
(c) When you have selected all the desired product(s) in the Shopping Cart;
(d) Fill in the billing and payment information;
(e) Choice of the delivery method;
(f) Review your order and click on Make Payment.

The payment methods available on Seeana website are:

PayPal:  Pay securely using a PayPal balance, a credit card or a bank account.

Bank transfer: If you choose this payment method, you must send an e-mail to info@seeanaeyewear.com with the proof of the bank transfer and the corresponding reference in the e-mail. The payment is valid after confirmation with the bank. Once confirmed, the order will be sent to you.

Credit card: By selecting this option, you will be automatically redirected to Stripe website, where the payment will be processed at that time. This platform accepts all the major Debit and Credit Cards, and follows the most demanding safety requirements.

In the case of unavailability of the product and/or stock breach, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to reimbursement of the amount paid. The validation of the purchase order assumes that the customer is aware and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Seeana website.

The invoice is sent with your package

As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic email with the number of your order and relevant information. After ordering online, the store will confirm with the bank the respective payment to begin the process of preparation and delivery of the goods. As soon as the goods are dispatched you will receive an automated email with this information. In case your details are not correct, please ask for an immediate change by sending an email to info@seeanaeyewear.com

We only start processing an order after confirmation of the payment with the bank. There is no guarantee of the availability of the items until the start of the order processing. All the products displayed on the site are subject to availability and quantity of the existing stock.
Some of the products need to be ordered from the supplier, which may cause a delay in the delivery time. In this case, this information will either appear on the product characteristics or we will send the costumer an e-mail with the new estimated delivery time. Seeana is not responsible or liable for any delay in the orders from suppliers. 

The estimated time for delivery depends on the carrier chosen and the destination of the order. Any delay in the delivery of items does not confer a right to compensation for damages.
